Getting started & onboarding
How long does it take to go live?
Most venues are live within a few weeks after sending us their materials. You send us your current list, we build the menu and design it to match your venue, and we help you set up the iPads.
Who enters all of our bottles and menus?
We do. Our team builds your full menu from your current list, drawing descriptions and photos from our 400,000+ drink database. If something isn't in our database, our team researches and finds the information. No spreadsheets or data entry on your side.
What support do we get after launch?
Every account has a dedicated account manager, a real person who knows your venue and answers quickly by phone or email.

Can the menu match our brand?
Yes. Fonts, colors, backgrounds, and layout are designed around your venue so the menu feels like an extension of the room, not a template.
What if a bottle isn’t in the database?
You can add it in minutes, including house cocktails and local producers. It then lives in your menu like everything else. Our beverage team is adding thousands of new products each month, and we aim to have as many products in our database for you as possible, but given the millions of SKUs that exist you'll come across things we don't have and can easily add those in yourself.
Can guests see the menu on their own phones?
Yes. Every menu can be shared via QR code and embedded on your own website using our widget, always showing the live, current list.
Are menus available in languages other than English?
Uncorkd menus are available in English only.
Hardware & setup
What hardware do we need?
Standard iPads, which you can purchase anywhere, plus the case style that fits your room. There’s no proprietary hardware and no large upfront lease. We recommend purchasing refurbished, older models of iPads to save money.
Do we need special Wi-Fi or IT help?
Ordinary venue Wi-Fi is fine. We walk you through setup during onboarding, and menus cache so brief connection drops don’t interrupt service.
Pricing & contracts
How much does Uncorkd cost?
Pricing is quote-based, set by the number of iPads and the size of your beverage list, with setup, menu build, training, and support included. There’s an accessible entry point and no large upfront hardware lease, and we’ll give you a clear number on the demo call.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No surprises: terms are simple, with a one year contract.
